What to Expect at our Boynton Beach Office

Your First Visit

Frosch Family Chiropractic in Boynton Beach, Welcome to our office.New patients remark how "homey" it feels when they enter our office, which makes us feel great, since we want them to feel comfortable while restoring their health. You will be greeted by name when you enter our office and be seen as soon as possible.

You will then have a short consultaion with the doctor to discuss your health issues. She will then examine your spine and x-rays will be taken ( if felt necessary). The doctor will then evaluate your x-rays and you will be given your first adjustment. The doctor usually likes to see the patient the following day after the first visit to see how your body responded to the adjustment.

Typical Visits

A typical office visit may require just 5-10 minutes, but don't think that the brevity of a regular visit lessens it's value. After the examination we can quickly evaluate the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Each adjust builds on eachother so a missed appointment can lessen the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

Dr. Beth Asks some important questions of interest to Boynton Beach residents - Chiropractor Boynton Beach Dr. Beth Asks...

If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
